The spiritual training is made up of a number of connected days during which you will be acquainted with different methods of approach towards developing the self-light. This offer is aimed at teaching anyone who wants to, to meditate effectively. This opens the way to self-awareness, self-cleansing and self-healing power. The Nature Meditation Seminar is aimed especially at experiencing the five elements in their natural environment: Nature. The meditations will therefore (partly) take place outside. Each year a programme is offered in the Netherlands (and at other locations in Europe, on request) for which you can sign up. The location is usually a venue outside of the city, peaceful, and with access to the countryside. This year (2008) the Nature Meditation Weekend will take place near Apeldoorn, from 27 to 29 June, and will be organized by the Light and Life Foundation in cooperation with the Angelshop from Utrecht.
